The School committee is sole responsible for leading the effort for rebuilding / renovating the school. CCDN comes in the community to support the effort, motivate and advise where necessary. At times, material support is necessary for the community to carry out the school renovation effort. This Summer CCDN with their partners at TNM contributed in actual purchase and delivery of benches, doors and blackboards at the rural school of Ndalu.

                                           Previous Highlights . . .

The Mini-Assembly held on the 4th,  of July 2009 in Raleigh, NC, USA is the highlight for the month. Its agenda could impact CCDN activities for the rest of the year.  TNM executives were present at the assembly to finalize the terms of partnership for the progress of both ministries in the months and years ahead. TNM (Thirst No More corporation) of Springdale, Maryland is one of CCDN's partner organizations in the USA which has a profound knowledge of the wide-ranging issues in the DR Congo and the strategic approach that  CCDN is taking to make a dent on them. Some of the important decisions of the assembly will be published in the next Newsletter. It should highlight both the upcoming music concert for Awareness on Development issues in the DR Congo as well as the CCDN Executive's last trip to India.
